We have a great Library with lots of resources and a keen team of Library staff to go with it. If you have a project or a literature request I’d recommend dropping in to have a chat with them to see how they can help.  Have a look at some of there resources on their webpage.

Athens

Having an Athens password is essential to access many resources from home. Simply pop into your library or, if you work in the NHS, you should be able to register online. This will give you access to full text from EMJ, BMJ, Annals of EM and so much more.

Clinical Key

If you have access to Clinical Key like we do in our trust then you now have access to hundreds of journals, nearly a thousand eBooks and all kinds of other  content. If you sign in you can even download book chapters you find interesting. As a starter follow this link to the excellent Raby’s Accident and Emergency Radiology: A Survival Guide, Third Edition or maybe you want Emergency Medicine – Clinical Essentials (Institutional access and Athens login required).

Read by QXMD

Use Read by QXMD on your desktop and sync to any iOS or Android device. Read gives you easy access to journals articles on the go. Open Athens password or personal access required.
