Chest pain is one of the most common presenting complaint to the Emergency Department. Deciding which investigations to do and who can go home is tricky as the causes of chest pain range from the very mundane to the extremely serious. Discuss all non-traumatic chest pain patients with the most senior doctor in the department before sending them home.
